Τα 31 κράτη-μέλη της Διεθνούς Συμμαχίας για τη Μνήμη του Ολοκαυτώματος (IHRA) υιοθέτησαν τον «Ορισμό Εργασίας για την Άρνηση και τη Διαστρέβλωση του Ολοκαυτώματος» κατά τη διάρκεια της Ολομέλειας στο Τορόντο του Καναδά, τη 10η Οκτωβρίου 2013.
