La Alianza Internacional para el Recuerdo del Holocausto (IHRA por sus siglas en inglés) reúne a Gobiernos y expertos a fin de reforzar, impulsar y promover la educación, la memoria y la investigación en todo el mundo sobre el Holocausto, asà como de mantener los compromisos de la Declaración de Estocolmo de 2000.
La presente definición es una expresión de la conciencia de que la negación y la distorsión del Holocausto tienen que impugnarse y denunciarse a nivel nacional e internacional y requieren un análisis a nivel global.
