International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) mener at benektelse og fordreining av Holocaust må motarbeides og fordømmes både nasjonalt og internasjonalt.
Stockholms internasjonale forum om Holocausts erklæring (eller Stockholmerklæringen) er grunnlagsdokumentet til International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, og det fungerer fortsatt som en kontinuerlig bekreftelse på at hvert enkelt medlemsland er forpliktet til IHRAs prinsipper.
I 2016 vedtok IHRA en ikke juridisk bindende arbeidsdefinisjon av antisemittisme (Working Definition on Antisemitism), og siden den gang har definisjonen blitt vedtatt eller bifalt av en rekke land og lokale myndigheter.
