Protect the Facts Campaign

Join the #ProtectTheFacts campaign to raise awareness of Holocaust distortion – both how to recognize it and how to counter it. This social media campaign is a joint initiative by the IHRA, the Council of Europe, the European Commission, the OSCE/ODIHR, the United Nations, and UNESCO.

When you #ProtectTheFacts from distortion, you:

  1. Help people better recognize Holocaust distortion when they come across it on social media or when they engage with it unintentionally
  2. Honor the historical record and ensure that victims and survivors are not forgotten
  3. Challenge the growth of Holocaust denial, antisemitism, conspiracy myths, and dangerous forms of nationalism in our society
