De 31 lidstaten van de IHRA hebben de Werkdefinitie van Holocaustontkenning en Holocaustverdraaiïng aangenomen tijdens de plenaire vergadering van de IHRA in Toronto op 10 oktober 2013.
La présente définition est une expression de la conscience du fait que la négation et la distorsion de l’Holocauste doivent être contestées et dénoncées à l’échelle nationale et internationale, et doivent faire l’objet d’un examen au niveau mondial.
