International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) mener at benektelse og fordreining av Holocaust må motarbeides og fordømmes både nasjonalt og internasjonalt.
Arbetet med att utarbeta en arbetsdefinition av antiziganism har letts av sakkunniga i IHRA:s kommitté för folkmordet på romer i samråd med representanter för civila samhället.

I 2016 vedtok IHRA en ikke juridisk bindende arbeidsdefinisjon av antisemittisme (Working Definition on Antisemitism), og siden den gang har definisjonen blitt vedtatt eller bifalt av en rekke land og lokale myndigheter.
