Adoptada el 8 de octubre de 2020: Reconociendo con preocupación que el desconocimiento respecto del genocidio del pueblo rom ha contribuido a la discriminación y los prejuicios a los que muchas comunidades rom** todavía se ven sometidas en la actualidad, y aceptando nuestra responsabilidad de luchar contra dichas formas de racismo y discriminación (Artículos 4 y 7 de la Declaración Ministerial 2020 de la IHRA, artículo 3 de la Declaración de Estocolmo), la IHRA adopta la siguiente definición de trabajo de antigitanismo/ discriminación contra el pueblo rom
كان الخبراء من أعضاء لجنة الإبادة الجماعية للروما هم من قادوا الجهود الهادفة لوضع التعريف العملي لمناهضة الغجر/التمييز العنصري ضد الرّوما، وذلك بالتشاور مع ممثلي المجتمع المدني. وقد تبنى «الاتحاد» هذا التعريف غير الملزم قانونيا وبالإجماع خلال جلسة غير اعتيادية لرؤساء الوفود في 8 تشرين الأول 2020.
