For the IHRA, 2019 was a year characterized by tangible achievements on many levels. Under the leadership of the Luxembourg Presidency, the number of IHRA Member Countries rose to 34, new educational recommendations were published, the 2020 Ministerial Declaration was adopted, and many more milestones reached.
