ברוח הצהרת שטוקהולם המציינת: "כשהאנושות עדיין מצולקת... מאנטישמיות וקסנופוביה, הקהילה הבינלאומית חולקת אחריות כבדה להיאבק ברעות אלו" הוועדה לענייני אנטישמיות והכחשת שואה של הברית הבינלאומית לשימור זכר השואה IHRA קראה למליאת IHRA בבודפשט 2015 לאמץ את הגדרת העבודה הבאה לאנטישמיות.
