Im Geiste der Stockholmer Erklärung hat der Ausschuss für Antisemitismus und Holocaustleugnung das IHRA Plenum in Budapest 2015 aufgefordert, die nachstehende Arbeitsdefinition von Antisemitismus anzunehmen.
Der hier vorgelegten Definition liegt die Erkenntnis zugrunde, dass die Leugnung und Verfälschung des Holocaust sowohl national als auch international bekämpft und geächtet sowie weltweit untersucht werden müssen.
Tato definice ukazuje, že si uvědomujeme, že popírání a zkreslování holokaustu musí být postihováno a odsuzováno na vnitrostátní i mezinárodní úrovni a zkoumáno na úrovni celosvětové.
Posláním muzeí při památnících je chránit důstojnost obětí všech forem vykořisťování a zajistit, vedle tradičního poučení o historii, aby výklad politických událostí inspiroval kritické nezávislé přemýšlení o minulosti.
Gedenkstätten tragen Verantwortung für den Schutz der Würde der Opfer vor allen Formen der Ausbeutung und sie müssen, jenseits des herkömmlichen Geschichtsunterrichts, gewährleisten, dass die Interpretation politischer Ereignisse zu kritischem und unabhängigem Nachdenken über die Vergangenheit anregt.
Mit Sorge zur Kenntnis nehmend, dass die mangelnde Anerkennung des Völkermords an den Sinti und Roma zu den Vorurteilen und zur Diskriminierung beigetragen hat, verabschiedet die IHRA die folgende Arbeitsdefinition von Antiziganismus:
Mezinárodní aliance na památku holokaustu (International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, IHRA) sdružuje vlády a odborníky, kteří se snaží celosvětově rozvíjet a propagovat výuku, vzpomínkové akce a výzkum týkající se holokaustu a usilovat o splnění závazků přijatých ve Stockholmské deklaraci z roku 2000.
